Your downloaded copy includes local saving, backups and an optional Google Sheets connection. Import the included Excel template, install and authorize the Apps Script, then use manual Pull/Push. The public page has no Google Sheets sync connection.
For team use, host one protected HTTPS page connected to one shared backend. Add Google Workspace sign-in, roles and safe concurrent editing before storing private team/client data. The personal kit uses manual Pull/Push with revision checks, not automatic live collaboration. This public demo has no configured shared service.
